Applications to our pre-registered families will be handed out at the Bellaire Elementary Open House on Wednesday, August 29th from 5:00 – 6:30. I will have them in your child’s classroom.
For other families interested, to register, please contact “Mrs. Debbie” Goldenberg, Coordinator at [email protected] for an application, information and calendar or meet her at the open house above.
BYI is funding an elementary assembly on Monday, Sept. 10th. We are going to follow it up with a parent/mentor meeting Tuesday, Sept. 11th at 5:45 pm in the middle school science room. Phillip Leete from Quarkmine will be attending.
At the parent/mentor meeting we will be discussing team sign-up, mentor’s responsibilities, and upcoming events. If you are unable to make it, feel free to give me a call and we can get you the information some other way.
Once teams are officially formed they can be registered and then can begin signing up for events.
