The Bellaire Youth Initiative (BYI) will be giving out free, healthy sack lunches to Bellaire kids this summer on
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
June 17 – August 16, 2019!
Current pick up spots:
• Richardi Park 11:30 – 12 Noon
• The area behind the Senior Center/Farmers Market 12:05-12:35.
We need your help in making sure we have enough lunches and that
we are delivering lunches to the areas in need.

Please let us know at your earliest possible convenience:
1. How many kids, 18 years or younger will be having lunch
each day?
2. In general terms, provide us with your location so that we can better reach out to those who live outside of Bellaire, but have kids who attend Bellaire schools.

Guitar Lessons
by Leslee Preece and Peter Bennett
Peter Bennett is a gifted guitarist and bassist with an extensive background as
teacher, performer, and recording artist of all musical
styles. With a knack for showing special attention to the needs of each of his students, Peter welcomes all levels from beginner to advanced, and encourages
a fun and creative individual learning experience!
Leslee Preece is a versatile singer-songwriter who has been playing acoustic guitar and singing publicly and professionally since the age of 14. She taught her first guitar students when she was just 17, and has showcased her rich warm voice on several professional studio CD’s in may genres of music, which include an all-original country rock album which she produced and wrote with her music partner. Leslee is seeking beginner acoustic guitar students with a particular interest in vocal accompaniment and performance.

Wednesdays 3-5pm
Location: Kitchens – 2nd floor of the middle school
We will be cooking products from our student garden we harvested.
Salsa, spaghetti sauces and zucchini bread.
Grandma Dee coordinator and local chef’s assisting.
